Hardware hacking always appears more difficult than it seems. Many commercial products are much cheaper when assembled yourselves, and you get an educational experience as a bonus side-effect.

Wi-Fi Hacks: Hacking the Air Around Us
Talk Description:
This talk will cover common attacks on public and private Wi-Fi networks (password cracking, snooping, deauthentication, spoofing, and more), and how you can (try) to avoid them. The theory portion will be accompanied by live demos of most concepts.
